ARVIGO TECHNIQUES OF MAYA ABDOMINAL THERAPY®
Arvigo® therapy is a non-invasive, external massage focusing on the abdominal and pelvic organs as well as pelvic alignment. This therapy was developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo who spent over 40 years learning and closely working with Central American healer Don Elijio Panti.

What to expect
This therapy is a gentle, external massage performed on the abdomen and the back. Half of the 30 minute massage is on the belly, the remaining half is performed on the mid-back and sacrum. While each massage is similar in it’s intention and blueprint, every patient’s symptom picture is a little different and thus, each massage is tailored to the needs of the individual.
I have personally seen the positive impact this massage has had on preconception health for both partners, fertility challenges and history of miscarriage, fibroids, cysts, painful periods, endometriosis, low back pain, digestive complaints and a general enhancement in overall wellbeing.

New patient visits are 90 minutes, including a thorough intake, anterior portion of the massage and learning the self-care portion that will be done at home. Follow up visits are 60 minutes, including a brief check in on symptoms, anterior & posterior massage. I am happy to see patients for just Arvigo® massage who have an outside medical provider. I look forward to working with you!
